The short version
Mossy Panda has no account, no login, and no server of ours. Everything the game remembers stays on your device. The app shows a banner ad served by Google AdMob, and AdMob — not us — collects a device advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with the ad. We never receive any of it, and we hold nothing to link it to.
What the app stores on your device
One small file, written through the operating system’s standard preference storage. It holds your best run, your recent run history, the chosen difficulty, the Reduce Motion setting, the Sound setting, and a count of total landings.
This file never leaves your device and is never transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the app deletes it. There is no copy anywhere else.
Advertising
The app includes the Google AdMob SDK to show a banner on the Home screen. When an ad is requested, Google may collect and process:

a device advertising identifier;

an approximate location, derived from your IP address — city level or coarser, never precise or GPS location;

your interactions with the ad, such as whether it was shown or tapped.
This data is sent to Google over HTTPS and used by Google for advertising and measurement. We do not receive it. The app sends Google no name, email, phone number or account of any kind, because it has none to send.

Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation.

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Mossy Panda does not request tracking permission and does not read the IDFA, so ads on iOS are non-personalised.
What the app does not do
No analytics. No crash reporting. No account, login or profile. No access to contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, calendar, precise location or health data. No purchases and no in-app payments. We sell no data, and we share none with anyone other than Google for the advertising described above.
Children
Mossy Panda is not directed to children. It is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such data, email the address below and we will act on it.
Retention and deletion
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. The only stored data is the local file described above, and uninstalling the app removes it. To clear the advertising identifier, use the platform control listed above. Requests about data already collected by Google for advertising are handled by Google.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you. We cannot identify you and hold no personal data, so there is nothing for us to with any question about this policy.
